Dr. Meabe hails from Gokana in Rivers State of Nigeria, born 1st June, 1969, to the family of Rev. Theophilus M. Fode (Late) of Gokana Kingdom.
After the completion of primary and secondary education, moved to Asia for further studies, and while still in the pursuit of his electrical engineering career, surrendered to the call of God into the fulltime ministry, gained admission to an Assemblies of Bible College, Bangalore, where he commenced his Theological Education, at the completion of Diploma, B.A. and Master’s Degree, further gained admission to the University of Madras, Chennai, where he earned his PhD in Religious Studies, (2010).
Dr. Meabe served as an Associate Pastor with the Assemblies of God Church, Bangalore and taught in the following Theological Institutions for over twenty (20) years:
1. World Missionary Bible College, Madras
2. Antioch Bible College, Chennai
3. National Bible College, Madras
A visiting scholar to St. College, USA (Kierkegaard, 2007). As a missionary, Dr. Meabe has taken the Gospel across the India Sub-Continent, such as Nepal, Bangladesh, Burma, Sri-Lanka, etc before returning to Nigeria.
Back home in 2013 -2022 served as Senior Lecturer and Vice President, Student Affairs, at Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS), Eleme, Port Harcourt, 2022 till date, Vice President Student Affairs/Dean at Assemblies of God Divinity School of Nigeria, Old Umuahia, in Abia State (AGDSN) till date.
He is happily married to Pst. Victory S. Theophilus, with children.
